Historic Home Renovations
We fully restore turn-of-the-century, historic homes, in downtown Wilmington, NC. We take incredible pride in protecting the nostalgic value these properties have built over time.
Raw Land Development
We purchase raw land to develop into small to medium sized neighborhoods in the greater Wilmington, NC area. These sites produce from as little as 5 homesites to as many as 100. We have worked directly with some of the largest builders in the nation such as DR Horton, Pulte Homes, LGI Homes and Munge Homes.
Luxury Single Family Homes
We develop and build modern style, luxury townhomes and luxury single-family residences in Carolina Beach, NC and Kure Beach, NC.
